Why me

I'm not a career coach by training. I'm an operator. I spent my career in product, strategy, and systems work, and I noticed something during my own job search: I was getting interviews at a higher rate than my peers with stronger backgrounds.

The reason wasn't credentials. It was that I'd accidentally built a repeatable system for translating experience into narrative and converting applications into interviews. Friends started asking for help. Then friends of friends. This is the work, formalized.

My background gives me an unfair advantage for the people I work with: I think in systems, I write for product audiences, and I've sat on the other side of enough interviews to know what actually moves the needle.
